4WD.com Review

I needed to replace my track bar on the jeep so I started looking for one. I decided on one from 4WD.com, I also purchased a new steering stabilizer and urethane control arm bushings. I purchased these items on a Saturday, and the following Monday I did not receive any confirmation of my order. I waited two more days and still received nothing, so I decided to call and see what was up. They told me that my items were all back ordered and that they had no idea when they would ship. The website did not indicate that these items were out of stock when I placed my order. So I decided to wait a few more days, then I called again this time the items had shipped but they didn't know when I would get them. So overall I was somewhat disappointed with my experience with 4WD.com, however I will most likely go through them again as they have decent prices. So in closing FIX YOUR WEBSITE 4WD.com!!!! If it is out of stock SAY SO!!!
